What do limited operating hours specifically mean?

 

Co konkrétně omezený provoz znamená?

• Zboží pro výrobu je možné k nám odeslat i v  této době,  bude nám standardně dodáno.
• Objednávky a poptávky je možné stále zasílat (elektronicky i fyzicky - poštou), budou vyřizovány v přijatém pořadí ihned po ukončení upraveného provozu.
• Standardní telefonický servis bude rovněž omezen.
• Hlavní e-mailová schránka: pams@pams.cz bude  minimálně 2x denně kontrolována.

Prosím, počítejte s tím v rámci vyřízení Vašich objednávek a zakázek.

Po dohodě budeme urgentní zakázky realizovat i v tomto čase.

Předem se omlouváme za případné komplikace, které Vám tato odstávka našeho provozu

• Die Ware für Produkzion ist möglich zu uns schicken - wir werden die normal bekommen
• Bestellungs und Nachfragen immer noch geschickt werden (elektronisch oder physisch - per Post) werden verarbeitet in der Reihenfolge nach dem Ende des modifizierten Betrieb  erhalten sofort.
• Standard-Telefon-Service wird auch eingeschränkt sein.
• Die E-Mail-Box: pams@pams.cz mindestens 2 x täglich überprüft werden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass im Zusammenhang mit der Ausführung Ihrer Aufträge und Bestellungen.

Nach Besprechung können wir die URGENT Bestellungen realisieren auch in dieser Zeit.

What do limited operating hours specifically mean?

• Goods for manufacturing can be sent to us even at this time, they will be delivered to you in a standard manner.
• Orders and inquiries can still be sent (electronically and physically - by mail), they will be processed in the order in which they were received, immediately after the end of limited operations.
• Standard telephone service will also be limited.
• The main mail box: pams@pams.cz be checked at least twice a day.

Please count on this information in connection with the execution of your processing of your orders.

After your agreement we will be able to execute urgent orders even at that time
